The Olympics are getting closer and closer and this week British designer Stella McCartney revealed her designers for the kit. Stella has worked with Adidas for quite some time now, and clearly has her eye on trends for sport, even using it for inspiration for her A/W 2012 collection.
The Kit was modelled by 30 athletes, from different sports such as: Sprinters, swimmers, paralympic athletes and gymnasts. The kit has a take on the union jack flag, and looks really good on the athletes. Stella came under some criticism for her lack of the colour red, to which Stella responded : "The design actually uses more red and shows more flag than any GB kit since '84"
Being a fan of the union Jack, I absolutely love the kit and think it's a really modern and simplistic design. So Roll on the Olympics, in the greatest city in the world LONDON.
