I'm blue if I was green I would die...

BLUE makeup was a massive trend in the spring summer catwalks. And had everyone from Fendi to Versus trying out the latest beauty looks.

This is why I have teamed up with North-East based makeup artist Rachael Buckley from Beauty by RB to show you how to create a number of looks from the latest trend. Whether you are looking for something simple or a little bit unusual there is a look for you! As well as her top tips for going blue.

A SIMPLE BLUE LINE
Products used: MUA POPTASTIC PALLET (pale blue) , GOSH #380 brush, MUA white eyeliner pencil, GOSH Growth mascara 
This is a subtle day-time look, great for those who want to try the blue trend without the scary connotations. "This is great for those with pale blue eyes or darker skin tones." says Rachael. 

Breakfast at Tiffany's
Products used: Urban Decay eyeshadow primer, No7 eyeshadow brush, MUA POPTASTIC PALLET (pale blue), L'oreal gel eyeliner, Urban Decay Naked Pallet  (creep)

This is a great full on look for a prom or party, and would compliment a really simple LBD. Rachael added " This look works better for darker coloured eyes like mine."
Holy Brow!
Products used: sticky tape, MUA white shadow, No7 eyeshadow brush,MUA POPTASTIC PALLET (dark blue), MUA white eyeliner pencil. 

This is for those of you who like to be a little adventurous with your look, and add a real vintage touch to your make up. "The blue eyebrows are an optional extra to this look, but they give it that runway edge." added Rachael. 
She's Electric
L'oreal gel liner, Real Techniques crease brush from set, MUA POPTASTIC PALLET (dark blue), MUA white eyeliner pencil.


This is a real gothic look with a splash of colour, a real statement for anyone who is braver with their makeup. "I’d suggest using a white eyeliner as a base and blending it slightly, then applying the blue over the top, this really makes the colour pop!" says Rachael.
