I love smoothies for breakfast, they settle my sweet cravings, are full of healthy stuff and often look pretty to. Now I have been testing out many recipes and have come to make one that I personally love! I love green smoothies, but first thing in the morning you can't beat a filling berry smoothie - so here is how I make it.
YOU WILL NEED:
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 Kiwi
1/2 a frozen/fresh banana
1/2 peeled and chopped apple
3/4 of a cup of rolled oats
1tbsp of organic low fat peanut butter
1 and 1/2 cups of almond milk / liquid of your choice
It is super easy to make, throw all of your ingredients into a blender (softest at the bottom) and blend until it looks like a delicious purple shade...
It's so yummy, nutritious and sweet.
