A Pore Perfecting Primer

Oh, T-Zone! How I love thy T-Zone said no one - ever. One minute it's oily the next it's dry and scaly , but the one thing I can always guarantee is that my pores will look huge. Sometimes I think that you can only really notice your own pores, so why bother letting them get to me. But they're the first thing I see on my face and although a decent skincare routine has made a world of difference, they're simply still there. They're easy to notice, don't sit well under foundations and resemble the likes of a moon or even emmental cheese! And although I have found the powers of a silicone primer such as Benefits professional a god send, I've found something I think I like more.

The Body Shop's Tea Tree skincare range is something that I dabbled with in my spotty teenage years. But, just lately I have started to fall back in love with the Blemish fighting line.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Pore minimiser is a clear gel like consistency primer, that smoothes over pores and helps to reduce the of zits and red marks. While the tea tree extracts actually help to fight them pesky little spots.

I've found this primer really helps to keep my make up on longer, even during this summer heatwave. My biggest concern was that it would dehydrate my skin leaving the dryer patches looking far worse! But it hasn't at all!! I've found the light texture sits on the skin comfortably without being sticky, sensitive or dried out.

I can't recommend this enough to people who suffer from large pores and blemish prone skin.
